Designed by Levin & Associates, the Oakwood School Pedestrian Bridge will span Magnolia Blvd. to connect the north and south campuses of the Oakwood upper school. The bridge will connect to the second floor of existing and new buildings so that students can safely cross the busy street. The City approval process for the bridge is incredibly complex, as the bridge supports are on private property but the bridge spans public property. The bridge is the first phase of a twenty-year master plan project.
Responsibilities:
Searock Stafford CM is providing complete owner’s representative services, including design and contractor management, project budget and schedule development and maintenance, contractor procurement and permit coordination.
