Renovation of existing basement office and storage space into post-production editing suites and a digital imaging room, along with renovation of the first and second floors in to leasable production office space. The total renovation area was 14,100 SF. Renovation was completed within the confines of the operating 20th Century Fox Studios lot and immediately adjacent to an operating screening theater.
Responsibilities:
Our staff provided cost consulting, program management, budget and schedule development and management, design management and on-site construction management services.
