Brett has over 16 years of construction management experience where he has effectively and inﬂuentially contributed to the success of many significant and flagship projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles region. His extensive project knowledge in adaptive re-use, historical preservation, high-end retail, hospitality, class A office space, as well as entertainment and theme park attractions have provided him a broad spectrum of professional expertise. Brett sets the framework for identifying, understanding and managing project specific risks and uncertainties. His commitment to successful project delivery and his accountability for budget control and schedule adherence provides exceptional client representation from a project’s inception through successful and timely completion.

Brett’s proven leadership and ability to foster a collaborative work environment are shown in his management approach.
