Alex Grosjean, Assistant Project Manager

Alex Grosjean has applied his finance background to construction management, supporting projects with his leadership, organizational and technical skills. During his 4 years at Searock Stafford CM, Inc., Alex has successfully overseen many projects, treating clients and their projects as if they were his own. Alex has experience in both pre-construction and construction, including budget and schedule development and management, cost estimating, organization of and participation in the planning, design, entitlement process, construction administration and owner move-in and project closeout.
