The Archer School for Girls is a college preparatory girls school, grades 6 through 12, situated on a tight 7 acre site in Brentwood. Designed by Parallax and Associates, the campus master plan includes a new multipurpose/gymnasium building, a new academic center, a new subterranean parking garage with sports field above, a new performing arts center and a new visual arts center.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Owner’s Representative services, including assisting with project entitlements, managing the plan check and permitting process, development and management of the overall project budget, general contractor and consultant procurement, schedule development, oversight of site use planning and public utility coordination.
