Jeff Searock, LEED AP, Principal

Jeff’s 19 year career in the construction industry has been focused on Construction Management, Owner’s Representation and Cost Consulting. He has worked on public and private projects in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area in the education, healthcare, mixed use, retail, tenant improvement, and infrastructure sectors. Some of Jeff’s project highlights include site and infrastructure work at the UCSF Mission Bay campus, the Webb School’s master plan implementation, the Village Walk in Tarzana and cost consulting and project risk analysis for Cathedral Hill and St. Luke’s Hospitals in San Francisco.

In addition to his extensive project and construction management experience, Jeff is our cost consulting and estimating expert. His commitment to client advocacy together with his ability to identify and eliminate project risk defines him as a team member who adds value through leadership and accountability.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona
